  • Generator - Power backup will be provided for common services like Pumps,Elevators and selected light, Power and Fan points in Living, Bed Rooms and a Refrigerator point (air-conditioning and Geyser points excluded)
  • Light Fixtures - Light fixtures for the common areas like Lobby, Lift Foyer, Entrance Door, Car Park etc. and External Yard, Gate Complex etc.
  • ELCB and MCB will be provided.
  • Provision for the Geyser Points and exhaust air fans will be provided for all toilets and kitchens
  • Provision for Telephone and Internet will be provided in the Living Room and Master Bed Room.
sanitary & plumbing
  • Sanitary fittings for Master Bed Room Toilet, Wall-hung EWS with concealed cisterns. Vanity Counter and Wash bowls. All sanitary fittings will be of CERA, Jaguar, or equivalent.
  • Sanitary fittings for other Bed rooms will be wall hung EWS with concealed cisterns, wash basin with sill level ledge wall.
  • CP Fittings in all toilets will be single lever concealed diverter Pillar tap for Wash Basin, overhead shower, and health faucet of CERA, JAGUAR or equivalent.
  • Provision for hot water connection will be provided for overhead shower in each bathroom.
  • Plumbing: All supply lines will be with ISI marked PVC/UPVC pipes.
  • Kitchen & Work Area: Wall mounted Faucets taps using JAGUAR/CERA brand.
  • Stainless Steel sink single bowl with drain board of ISI make for Kitchen, and stainless sink without drain board will be provided for the work area.
  • Accessories like Towel rods, Soap Dish with C.P. finish will be provided inside the toilets.

  • Lift lobby and fascia wall granite slabs and flooring with combination of vitrified tile and granite
  • Staircase using single piece step tile and hand railing using MS sections .
  • Car park Area: Seamless PU colour Resin floor coat on VDF.
  • Foyer/Living/Dining/Bed Rooms/Kitchen using 80cm x 80cm vitrified tiles of CERA/KAJARIA/AGL/JOHNSON or equivalent.
